Terms of Service

01Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using the Sendio application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02The Service

Sendio is a sports-training companion application for inline skaters and rollerbladers. It allows users to log training sessions, record tricks, plan future sessions, share progress with other athletes, and issue and accept skill challenges. The Service is operated by SportDev s.r.o., IČO 10665081, Na Folimance 2155/15, 120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic ("SportDev", "we").

03Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

04Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You may not share your account with, or transfer it to, another person.
• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at legal@sendioapp.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

05User Content

You retain full ownership of the training data, videos, photos, notes, and other material you upload or create through the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant SportDev a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This licence terminates when you delete the content or your account.

Content visibility is controlled by your account settings:

You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringes the intellectual-property rights of any third party, is defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.

06Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Access or attempt to access another user's account or data without authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, copy, or mirror any part of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the Service or attempt to extract its source code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Harass, threaten, bully, or abuse other users.
• Impersonate another person or entity, including SportDev employees.
• Create accounts by automated means or register a username you do not intend to use.

07Content Moderation

SportDev reserves the right — but has no obligation — to review User Content and to remove or restrict access to any content that, in our sole judgement, violates these Terms, applicable law, or community standards. We may suspend or terminate accounts responsible for repeated violations.

08Subscription and Payments

SportDev may in the future offer premium subscription tiers that unlock additional features. Any such tiers, their pricing, and billing terms will be clearly communicated to you before purchase. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to those platforms' billing policies, including their refund rules.

09Intellectual Property

The Sendio name, logo, application design, and all original content created by SportDev are the intellectual property of SportDev s.r.o. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

10Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. SportDev does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SportDev's total cumulative liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to SportDev in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) EUR 10. SportDev is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the application settings. SportDev may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic (Městský soud v Praze).

EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
